As part of our Customer Relations team, you will review commercial and private sellers for compliance with our platform guidelines, at the time of registration and during their lifecycle. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring that Chrono24 remains a pleasant and secure marketplace for buyers and sellers alike. Your ideas will help us to continuously improve Chrono24.
In addition, you will play a significant role in evaluating our sellers' watch portfolios in general, and specifically as part of our Certified program. You will be overall responsible for the quality assurance of our Certified listings and sellers.

What you can expect
- You will be an important part of our customer relations team, which is made up of open-minded colleagues from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds.
- You will review dealers who are new to Chrono24 and the watches they wish to sell on our platform
- You will keep a close eye on our Certified sellers and ensure that they and their watches continuously meet the high standards required of them
- You will analyze guideline violations and initiate appropriate measures
- You will review reports of listings, e.g. that contain incorrect information, and decide on measures based on your own research
- You will be responsible for ensuring that Chrono24 remains a trustworthy marketplace for high-quality watches by ensuring compliance with our guidelines, terms and conditions, and legal requirements, e.g., in the area of trademark and copyright law
- You will contribute constructive ideas and suggestions to further improve Chrono24.
- You will work closely with other customer relations teams, in particular our partner acquisition, account management, and fraud prevention teams, and our watchmakers at Chrono24 Direct
What sets you apart
- You have a command of written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level). Other foreign languages are welcome, especially Japanese, French, Italian, Dutch and Spanish.
- Watches are your world! You can quickly find information on references, models, movements, etc. (if you don't already know it).
- You communicate precisely in writing in order to quickly reach a solution with your counterpart, but thanks to your empathetic nature, you are not afraid to pick up the phone in challenging situations.
- You are conscientious and enjoy new challenges.
- You are proficient in using common Office solutions and have experience with CRM systems.
- You enjoy approaching problems in an investigative and solution-oriented manner. You are open to new processes.
