What you can expect
- Ownership of the global social media strategy to strengthen Chrono24’s brand presence
- Management and optimization of all social media channels across relevant platforms
- Planning, creation, and publishing of engaging and high-quality content
- Execution and oversight of impactful social media campaigns
- Monitoring of trends, tools, and platform developments to drive innovation
- Analysis of performance metrics and derivation of actionable insights
- Active community management and direct interaction with our global audience
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, PR, and design
What sets you apart
- Proven experience in social media management, ideally in a senior role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital content
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, proactive attitude
- Experience in community management and audience engagement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
